Remote Singing & Workflow Module

Remote Signing profiles may be cascaded to create Work-Flow for chain of approvals required from process owners, managers, authorized signatories for documents or files like purchase orders or license, NPCI format files, PDF, JASON or XML files etc.

Multi-Threading Module

Profile-wise configurable multithreading helps handle Gigantic Work Loads only limited by your Server hardware. signer.digital solutions are tested for 0.2 million+ signatures per hour using on-premise HSM.

Timestamping Module

signer.digital by default time stamp all signatures with server or local machine time signatures, if required, time stamping also can be integrated using a timestamping server API through third-party timestamping service to ensure proof of integrity.

Pre & Post Processing Modules

Processing like Split Documents, Merge Document, additional eMail Attachment, Sign at Text Search Location, Password Protection, Auto eMail and Printing.

HSM Module

Walk Through Server Application dashboard

Dashboard provides Summary & Status of Real-Time Signing Profiles.

  • Server Status: Start time, Connectivity & Queue status.
  • List of Profiles running in Real-Time for the user.
  • Status of Running Profiles : Running/Faulted/Paused & Certificate Source.
  • Error Alert for Running Profile : Sign Fail Alert, eMail Fail Alert, API Error.
  • Statistics: Count of content signed, queued. Throughput Per Second (TPS).
  • Prior Notifications for expiring Certificates.

USER MANAGEMENT

Walk Through Server Application user management
  • Roles with the required Role Name and Permissions to different modules may be created.
  • Create different users as per the Roles defined with Active Status, Deletion Permissions like delete any Settings, Profiles.

  • Existing HSMs used by Banks/Organizations may be integrated with Signer.Digital through PKCS#11 Library.

SIGNING PROFILES

  • Signing profile is apex setting which holds one or more Signature Settings, eMail Setting, and other document level appearance like watermark text or image, pre-processing settings, handling, and post-processing settings.
  • Profile may be configured in different signing modes viz. Real Time Signing,File Signing, Local Bulk Signing and Remote Signing with possibility to cascade Remote Singing profiles to create a Workflow.
  • Pre-Processing like Splitting Document (at each page , equal parts, text search, page range) and Merge Documents (based on mapping with input file name), customisation available based on user requirements.
  • Post-Processing like Password Protection, eMailing, Printing, Storing, FTP Uploads etc. customisation available based on user requirements.
  • Handling documents or files like different Input Folder, Output Folder foreach Profile, Creation of Dynamic Folder inside Output Folder is trivial.
  • Multi-Threading Support allows handling of massive signing loads with ease.

REMOTE SIGNING

  • Remote Signing Supports Signing Documents or files on Server using Certificate on user’s local computer.
  • Authorize Signatory Name as present in Certificate may be set in Signature Setting of Remote Signing profile to prevent unauthorized signing.
  • Server would transmit lite weight content-digest to client for signing and signature would be injected back to original content.
  • Client has option to fetch complete view only content for preview before signing.
  • Profiles may be cascaded to create Signing/Authorization Workflow.
  • Enriched UI with Summery Report of Signing Job performed displayed with fields like No. of document or file processed, signed, emailed, total duration…etc.
  • Processed, Signed and Failed documents are marked with different colors.
  • Signed documents may be viewed using View PDF button.

LOCAL SIGNING

  • Apart form Real Time singing users may sometimes require to sign discreet documents or files on ad hoc basis on local computer.
  • Signer.Digital supports signing of one or more documents or files on local computer through Local Signing feature.
  • User may select the profile with Input Folder, Output Folder and Signature Source.
  • Document List loaded on Input Folder change or Refresh Profile button.
  • Enriched UI with Summery Report of Signing Job performed displayed with fields like No. of Document or file Processed, Signed, eMailed, total duration…etc.

eMAIL SETTING

Walk Through Server Application email settings
  • User wise eMail Setting may be created for mapping with Signing Profile. eMail may be sent through Microsoft Outlook or SMTP.
  • User defined eMail Subject & Body.
  • eMail master mapping based on character positions of key field in File Name.
  • Import email master from tab delimited file or build eMail master from UI.
  • Provision for Setting distinctive Password based on key field for singed document.
  • Define Admin/Process-owner eMail for transmitting Signing Logs & eMail Logs.

LOGS

  • User can view Transaction Logs like Signing Transaction Logs, eMail Transaction Logs and Kluis API Transaction Logs
  • Success & Failed Transactions are highlighted with different colors.
